About BearyWorks

BearyWorks is a web shop established by Morikuma. The shop deals in bear making supplies and artist teddy bears(proposed). The shop is not a company but a private concern.

In the very beginning, I dreamed that I would have a teddy bear shop on the street. Then I visited shops and bear related events to know more about the bears. While doing so, I tried to make my own teddy bear, and found it was a bit difficult to install and control joints at limbs and a neck.

It is a kind of hard work to 'squeeze' cotter pins, and sometimes there are chances to get injured. I know some people who got hurt while installing cotter pins. As a result of such 'heavy' labor, cotter pin joints are prone to get loose easily. I thought I should create another jointing system that is easy to use and long-lasting.
This is the very beginning of "BearyWorks."

After years I began the development of BearyShot stainless steel weight. And it finished before the jointing system. While selling BearyShot, I am still developing the new jointing system and it is close to be released to the market.

I will increase the number of items of this web shop mainly focusing on exclusive teddy bear making supplies. And then, I would like to deal in teddy bears created by individual artists, which I really like.

"Works" in the shop name insists that I am making, not just selling. And I wanted to use a letter "W" as a face of a bear.
